  • The River, the Tampa church at the center of controversy after holding a large service over the weekend, is shutting down, according to an announcement from the embattled pastor Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne.
  • The City of Los Angeles is urging its residents to wear a mask when they go out in public.

  • Lakeland Regional Health nurse practitioner tests presumptive positive for COVID-19

  • Sarasota Memorial Hospital announces two more deaths related to complications from COVID-19.
  • The hospital is also adapting its masking guidelines to care for the increasing number of patients, while continuing to protect all of their employees and the community. Beginning today, SMH is expanding its masking policy for all staff and providers who work in clinical areas or who come into contact with patients in public or other areas of the hospital.
