MIAMI — Tropical Storm Edouard formed in the northern Atlantic on Sunday night, according to the National Hurricane Center. Edouard is the fifth named storm of the season.
According to the NHC's 5 p.m Monday update, Edouard became post-tropical. It will have no impact on Florida.
