Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office detectives are on the scene of what appears to be a double murder-suicide at a home in Brandon.
The bodies of three adults were found inside a house at 132 Hickory Creek Drive just before 2 p.m.
Deputies said they were doing a welfare check when they discovered the three people.
Sheriff's detectives obtained a search warrant to go into the house to investigate the incident around 7 p.m.
"Well we don't know really what happened, but it was very shocking. We've never had trouble in our neighborhood in the 40 years I've lived here," Jennie Gossage, a neighbor, said.
No further information has been released at this time.
