The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for all of the Tampa Bay Area.
The Watch goes until 6 p.m. Sunday.
A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for Hillsborough, Polk and SE Pasco Counties until 4:15pm.
A Tornado Warning was issued for Hillsborough, Pinellas and Manatee counties, but expired at 3:30 p.m. A water spout was reportedly spotted near Anna Maria Island heading northeast.

Storms will begin affecting the Nature Coast and shift eastward, impacting the Tampa - St. Pete region through the mid to late afternoon, and eventually into south Florida this evening.
The National Weather Service says the main threat remains damaging winds, but a tornado threat will also exist, especially near the coast.
