Thousands of people celebrated the Fourth of July at Channelside Bay Plaza.
Organizers said about 10,000 families attended their event tonight at Channelside Bay Plaza. The event started at 6 p.m. and lasted 4 hours.
Families enjoyed music, entertainment, food, fun, and fireworks.
Organizers said they did not have any issues Monday night. They expected a larger crowd than last year, which is why they adjusted their security plan and added more security.
