A Tampa woman was indicted for threatening a parent who lost his son in the Sandy Hook massacre.

Lucy Richards, 57, was indicted on 4 counts of transmitting threats through interstate communications, accused of saying in part "death is coming to you real soon and there's nothing you can do about it" and "look behind you it is death."

According to the indictment, the threats started around Jan. 2016 and they were directed toward Lenny Pozner, whose son Noah, was killed.

A month after the threats, Pozner launched a website and group called the Honr Network. Its goal is to help stop hoaxers, harassers, and abusers from attacking families of high profile tragedies.

This is not the first time the Pozner's were attacked. Last year an FAU professor questioned whether Pozner's son really existed. The professor was eventually given a notice of termination.

Richards is scheduled for an initial appearance on Dec. 19 in Ft. Lauderdale.
