Tampa Police say they have arrested an 18-year-old in the September 3rd shooting death of an 18-year-old shot while riding his bike.
When police responded to the shooting, they found Tesean Blue, 18, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Blue was later pronounced dead at Tampa General Hospital.

Misael Mora, 18, has been charged in the September murder.
Detectives say the teens knew each other, but a motive for the shooting remains unclear.
