Police arrest man seen on video taking photos up women's dresses at Publix in St. Pete

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The St. Petersburg Police Department has arrested a man seen on surveillance video taking photos and videos underneath the dresses of unsuspecting women.

Police say that on April 3, around 12:30 p.m.,  Brian Augustus Haseloff, 35, used a cell phone to take video underneath the dresses of two women at Publix on Roosevelt Boulevard.

One woman noticed the Haseloff’s odd behavior, alerted management and left the store, according to police. The other woman, who was later identified during the investigation, is believed to have not know she was being recorded. 

Haseloff was arrested on Tuesday and charged with video voyeurism.
