The Tampa Bay Rays' makeup game against the New York Yankees have been delayed Thursday afternoon due to rain in New York City.
The first game of Thursday's doubleheader was supposed to be a makeup game for Wednesday night's game, which was postponed due to sever weather in the area.
Both teams are shooting for a 4:20 p.m. ET first pitch at Yankee Stadium in The Bronx. The doubleheader will wrap up the four-game series between the two teams fighting for the AL East title.
The Rays, who play their home games indoors at Tropicana Field, once again poked fun at the Yankees for Thursday's rain delay.
