PASCO COUNTY, Fla. -- Deputies arrested a man suspected of smashing a display case with a sledgehammer and stealing watches at a local jewelry store.
Back in May, the sledgehammer wielding thief was caught on camera walking into a Helzberg Diamonds store at Tampa Premium Outlet Mall and used a concealed sledgehammer to smash open a glass display case.
On Wednesday, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office identified the suspect as Khali Felton.
Felton was charged with first-degree grand theft.
At the time of the theft, deputies said Felton stole several Rolex watches and placed them into a plastic bag before leaving the store.
