Former Vice President Joe Biden canceled his visit to Tampa due to concerns related to the coronavirus outbreak.
The announcement comes just hours after he and Sen. Bernie Sanders canceled their rallies, which were scheduled for Tuesday.
Prior to canceling, Biden's visit to Tampa was originally scheduled for Thursday, March 12.

His wife Jill Biden was in town over the weekend to rally on behalf of her husband.
Despite canceling two rallies this week, the former vice president is looking to build off a successful Super Tuesday performance. With Pete Buttigieg, Amy Klobuchar, Tom Steyer, Michael Bloomberg and Elizabeth Warren all dropping out over the last two weeks, it is effectively a two-man race between Biden and Senator Bernie Sanders.
Florida's presidential preference primary election will take place on Tuesday, March 17.
