The Department of Health in Pinellas County is giving businesses the chance to host private COVID-19 vaccination events.

Just click this link and fill out the survey to get started.

You'll need to include things like what sort of accommodations your business can make, permission from the property owner, which shot you'll want and more.

The DOH requests your top 3 dates for the event when you fill out the form.
