Your Voice: Clearwater residents express hope for city as new mayor is elected

Voters in Clearwater will elect a new mayor on Tuesday. Councilmember Kathleen Beckman and local attorney Bruce Rector are facing off to replace former mayor Frank Hibbard. Hibbard abruptly resigned last March during a city council meeting.
