TAMPA BAY - Clouds started to roll into the area on Monday. A few showers are even possible in the morning across our Southern counties.
Moisture will creep North across Florida on Tuesday giving a few spots some showers on Tuesday.
The a next batch of rain may hit us late in the week and continue into the weekend due to a developing system in the southwestern Gulf headed in our direction.
Highs from mid-week through the weekend will be in the low 80s.
In the Tropics: An area of low pressure has developed over the southwestern Gulf & is expected to move ENE this week. Some models strengthen this system as it gets closer to us but it is still uncertain... stay tuned. At this point it looks like it most, if not ALL, of the rain from this will stay to our South. Models are now developing a SECOND low early next week. It's kind of "fantastyland" right now, but if it does develop, it might be something we have to watch.
