Police are investigating a fatal shooting at the City Liquors bar on North Nebraska Avenue in Tampa, officials said.
Authorities report Alica Fussell, 43, died after being shot. Officers say the shooting does not appear to be random. Witnesses say that the woman was approached by a man in front of the bar, words were exchanged back and forth and she was shot around 10:16 p.m. on Tuesday.
Homicide detectives searching for a black male, approximately 6 to 6"2 tall, with a stocky build, short black hair, last seen wearing a grey Polo-style shirt and blue jeans.
