The trend continues, with fans of White Claw loving the spiked seltzer so much they’re making slushies with it and even turning empty cans into candles to make sure no part the beloved drink goes to waste.
The two new flavors are updated versions of the hard seltzer called White Claw 70, which has 70 calories and 3.7% alcohol by volume — lighter than original White Claw’s 100 calories and 5% ABV. Sounds like the perfect choice for enjoying while soaking up some summer sun!
The new flavors join White Claw’s other flavors that are already perfect for summer, including mango, lime, grapefruit, raspberry and others. If none of these are piquing your interest, however, there are tons of other hard seltzer brands with fun warm-weather flavors as well.
If lemonade is your go-to summer drink, Truly now makes hard seltzer lemonade with only 100 calories that comes in original lemonade, black cherry lemonade, mango lemonade and strawberry lemonade flavors.
Anheuser-Busch also has a brand new drink called Social Club Seltzer just in time for summer that comes in cocktail flavors. We’re talking old fashioned, sidecar and citrus gimlet, but with the refreshment of a hard seltzer.
The Social Club seltzer’s have 7% ABV and 150 calories. They will be available nationally this May in variety 12-packs and single-flavor six-packs.
You can even get a boost of vitamin C in your hard seltzer with the brand Vizzy. Their seltzer has 100 calories, 1 gram of sugar and 5% ABV. It comes in interesting summer flavors like pineapple mango, black cherry lime, blueberry pomegranate and strawberry kiwi.
