Tropical Depression #16 has formed in the Caribbean. There is a good chance this becomes "Nate" in the next 24 hours. In addition, once it moves into the Gulf, it is expected to become a hurricane. Just too early to determine the level of threat this could be, if at all, to Florida. Stay tuned.
