The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have picked up Jameis Winston's fifth-year option on his original rookie contract.
The decision was due before the May 3, 2018 deadline and they will continue to put their faith in number 3 through 2019.
Winston's salary for his fifth-year will be $20.922 million dollars.
