Playoffs: Tampa Bay Lightning hosting watch parties for first-round games

TAMPA, Fla. -- As the Tampa Bay Lightning braces for the Stanley Cup Playoffs, the team released their official watch party schedule for fans to come by and cheer on the Bolts.

The Bolts begin their quest for the cup on Wednesday when they face the Columbus Blue Jackets at Amalie Arena at 7 p.m for game 1 of the first round.

For game 2, the team will host a watch party at Ford Thunder Alley and Corona Cantina at Amalie Arena. Party starts at puck drop on Friday, April 12 and beer will be available for $5 and there will also be liquor, ice bar, food specials and more.

In the following game, the watch party will be held Sunday, April 14 at the North Straub Park on Bayshore Drive Northeast in Saint Petersburg. The party starts at 6 p.m. with live music, beer, food specials, giveaway and more.

For game 4, the watch party will be at Sparkman Wharf on Channelside Drive. The party kicks off at 6 p.m. with live music, beer, food specials, giveaways and more.
