Hockey runs in our blood here in Tampa Bay. And after a tough loss at the hands of the Washington Capitals in the playoffs last year, both the players and fans are ready for action on the ice.

The Bolts start preseason this week, with the first game Sept. 18 against the Carolina Hurricanes.

The Bolts will play three of the seven games at home, three on the road, and one at Amway Center in Orlando. This is the first time the team has played a game in Orlando since 2013, when they beat the St. Louis Blues 4-3 in a shootout.
