TAMPA TATTOO ARTS CONVENTION
WHAT: 
Tampa Tattoo Arts Convention is a three-day event featuring 400 artists from around the world tattooing all weekend long. Special guest include celebrity tattoo artists , Cleen Rock One, Alli Baker of Best Ink and James Vaughn from Ink Master. Along with Black Ink Crew and Reese Hilburn from Tattoo Nightmares. There will be live entertainment, suspension acts, burlesque, tattoo contests, vendors and seminars.
WHEN: Sept. 18-20

COST: $20 day; $40 weekend pass. Free for children younger than 12.

TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY FEST
WHAT:

TALK, walk, dress and even drink like pirates!  There will be live entertainment, rum and drink specials, food, pirate contests and more. Proceeds from this event go to Support LifePath and Suncoast Hospice.

ST. PETE OKTOBERFEST
WHAT:
St. Pete Oktoberfest returns to the streets of Grand Central District as an all-day, family friendly event. Oktoberfest will include a lineup of entertainment featuring local bands, authentic German food, arts/crafts vendors, a kids’ area, a series of Oktoberfest-themed games and beer! This year's headliner is The Betty Fox Band!

TAMPA BAY FASHION WEEK
WHAT: T
ampa Bay Fashion week is in full swing! Saturday check out the designer trunk shows at International Plaza from 12:30-3:30pm.Must sign up to participate.  Fashion stylist consultations at the International Plaza will offer shoppers complimentary fashion consulting and personal shopping services through Wednesday, Sept. 23.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AT GLAZER CHILDREN'S MUSEUM
WHAT: Celebrate the museum’s fifth birthday with free admission on  Saturday and Sunday. See the Wizard of Oz visiting exhibit and party with performances, games and music.

TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING FAN FEST
WHAT:
The Tampa Bay Lightning's Fan Fest, presented by Florida Hospital  is Sept. 27. Get ready for the upcoming 2014-15 season. Florida Hospital is giving away free t-shirts to the first 3,500 fans in attendance. Fans can park in any Lightning-owned lot for a discounted rate of $5 and enter through the grand entrance on Ford Thunder Alley. Lightning players will sign autographs in two 45-minute shifts beginning at 1:30 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.
