Crews are working a major crash on the northbound lanes of the Howard Frankland Bridge.
The crash happened just before the hump.
St. Pete Police tweeted that 16 cars are involved.
Traffic is backed up for several miles because of the crash.
Use the Gandy Bridge as an alternative.
