Teen claims $15 million top prize on Florida Lottery scratch-off game

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - A 19-year-old man has claimed a $15 million top prize in the new 'FLORIDA 100X THE CASH' scratch-off game.

Quinn Kofler, of Bonita Springs, purchased his winning ticket from 7-Eleven on Bonita Beach Road Southeast, according to Florida Lottery officials.

They said Kofler chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $11,175,000.00.

Because 7-Eleven sold the winning scratch-off ticket to Kofler they will receive a $30,000 bonus commission.

The new $30 game, FLORIDA 100X THE CASH, launched on February 26, and features eight top prizes of $15 million - the largest scratch-off top prize ever offered by the Florida Lottery.

The game also offers 20 prizes of $1 million. Overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.59.
