It's the disturbing surveillance video now at the center of an animal cruelty investigation.
"There's no excuse at all to do that to a small innocent animal, none," said Sergeant Chris Gorantis of Aventura Police Department.

Last month, Aventura Police arrested and charged 24-year-old Keevona Wilson after surveillance at the Artec condominium captured her going on the attack--  repeatedly kicking-- her little nine pound shitzu mix.

According to an arrest affidavit, Wilson was apparently upset with her pup Chasity because she went to the bathroom in the elevator.

"You never take it out on an animal! That's horrible," said one neighbor.

Chasity suffered multiple bruises, but she's expected to make a full recovery

In the meantime, her owner is staying quiet, refusing to respond to requests for an interview.

But her neighbors, *many of whom watched this horrific video with us today, are *outraged , demanding that she pay for her despicable actions.

Animal services is working on getting custody, then they will help find her a new home with a loving owner.
