TAMPA, Fla. — Uber is offering a discount for riders going to and from Florida National Veteran Cemeteries on Memorial Day.

"Uber recognizes the many sacrifices made by fallen military heroes and their families, and today announces they will be offering discounted rides to and from local National Veteran Cemeteries this Memorial Day," a press release said.
Riders can enter the code "MEMORIALDAY2019" in the payment section of their app before requesting a ride and save up to $15 on their trip.
Eligible cemeteries in Florida are:
- Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola
- Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg
- Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims
- Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell
- Jacksonville National Cemetery in Jacksonville
- Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota
- South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth
- St. Augustine National Cemetery in St. Augustine
- Tallahassee National Cemetery in Tallahassee
