Tropical Storm Julia is the 10th named storm of the season. It formed directly over Jacksonville with winds of 45 mph.
The storm has been downgraded to a Depression but will continue to bring heavy rain for parts of the southeast US.
Our area will feel the indirect impacts with lingering tropical moisture enhancing showers and storm coverage today.
