All nine men charged in the hazing death of an FSU fraternity pledge have been offered a plea deal, our ABC affiliate in Tallahasse reports.
Andrew Coffey died of alcohol poisoning last year after attending an off-campus party.
All Greek Life on campus was suspended, and reforms to the system were later announced.
Coffey's parents have since filed a lawsuit against the fraternity and the nine defendants who were charged.
The defendants have until April 1 to accept the plea deal.
