The suspect, a 17-year-old, confessed to shooting the bus, saying he was bored and had previously been shooting squirrels.

It was determined he was shooting rocks out of a BB/pellet gun.

The suspect was arrested for shooting deadly missiles/objects into an occupied vehicle.

Original Story: Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is reporting a shooting of an occupied school bus.

The bus was from Wolfson High School and was fully occupied. One child sustained minor injuries, but did not need to be transported to the hospital.

The only new damage to the bus was a hole in one of the windows.  It is unknown whether it is from a BB or a gun.
