MIAMI, Fla. — Miami Police have released surveillance video of a man wanted for attempted kidnapping and a sexual assault case that occurred last week in Little Haiti.

According to police, Tavares Anthony Canty, 34, tried to kidnap a woman early Thursday morning. Video shows the suspect grab the victim and try to push himself into her home. After a brief struggle, she is able to escape.

A short time later, police say that the same suspect sexually assaulted a different woman in the same area. Both crimes occurred Thursday between 7 and 8 a.m.
Police say that Canty is armed and dangerous. Crime Stoppers is offering a $3,000 reward for information that leads to his arrest.
