Todd Kosteka was last seen at 9:15 a.m. at 5015 29th Avenue West in Bradenton on Saturday.
He left the facility on foot, wearing a turquoise polo shirt, khaki shorts and white tennis shoes, according to police.
Todd is 5’8” and 135 lbs. with salt and pepper hair. He has been diagnosed as Bipolar, Schizophrenic and suffers from hallucinations.
