A brazen, daytime robbery was caught-on-camera in Broward County earlier this month.
It happened in south Florida on October 14.
Surveillance video shows the man inside Nina's Jewelry and Watch Supercenter trying on a ten-inch, 24-karat gold chain necklace.
He admires himself in the mirror directly in front of sales clerks.
Employees got a good look at his face and say he had asked to try on several necklaces while he was there.
Suddenly, he took off running with the chain still around his neck.
The bold thief slammed into the store owner on his way out.
"So the gentleman came in to look at some jewelry pieces and he kind of just decided on what he wanted and he just made a run for it," said store owner Prem Mirpuri
Broward county authorities are still looking for the thief.
They say -- if you have information -- you can call crime stoppers at 954-493-tips.
They say you can remain anonymous if you wish and you might be eligible for a $3,000 reward.
