A Florida man was caught on camera Wednesday morning shooting the tires out of two AT&T work trucks parked outside of his home.

64-year-old Jorge Jove, a retired Miami-Dade firefighter, was upset that the trucks were parked in front of his house, according to WTVJ. The work trucks were hanging lines on utility poles in the residential neighborhood.

According to WPLG, Jove asked the workers to move away from his home. The workers replied by telling him that they would move the trucks as soon as they finished their work and that they were parked on a public street.

That's when Jove went back into his home and returned with his gun, according to police.

Cellphone video shows Jove nonchalantly walking around one of the trucks before he begins to shoot out all four tires. Jove then walked to the second truck and opened fire once more. The video shows that he reloaded the gun several times.

"He flattened their tires, he shot into the bodies of the trucks, he shot out one of the radiators of the truck. He seemed to be a quiet man, and something made him snap today," Hialeah police Sgt. Carl Zogby told WPLG

Authorities say that no one was injured and that charges against Jove are pending.
