TAMPA, Fla. — Hurricane season is among us — and in 2017 Floridians reported 14,000 price gouging complaints during Hurricane Irma.

Attorney General Ashley Moody will be holding a news conference to speak about price gouging during the 2019 Atlantic hurricane season at 10 a.m. on Monday.

Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister and Clearwater Police Chief Daniel Slaughters will join Moody to make an announcement on how they will work together to catch businesses gouging customers.
