Castor and Crist are holding a 10:30 a.m. Zoom call with Michele Evermore, a Senior Policy Analyst at the National Employment Law Project, on Wednesday.

According to a press release, under the $2 trillion CARES Act benefits are greatly enhanced.

Castor and Crist say Floridians could get more assistance if the benefits were expanded "beyond some of the stingiest in the country."
