Deputies seized nearly a kilo of cocaine at a home in Town n Country, just feet away from Woodlake park.
The home, in a lower income neighborhood on Balfern Court, has been recently renovated. Newer cars were in the driveway along with jet-skis and a golf cart and toys for children. Security cameras were also mounted on every corner of the home.
Neighbors say they always wondered how the family had so much money.
"They've remodeled it and made it very nice. Paved (the driveway) and everything," neighbor Judy Michael said.
Deputies served a warrant on Wednesday.
Inside they found the cocaine and a .40 caliber handgun. They arrested 34-year-old Cavenchy Sepulveda, a convicted felon, for drug trafficking and on gun charges.
An adult woman inside of the home refused to answer the door for reporters.
Deputies are releasing very little information about the case.
According to arrest reports, Sepulveda was supposed to travel to Puerto Rico today. Because of that, detectives argued he was a flight risk. He is being held at the Hillsborough County Jail without bond.
