A DUI suspect was arrested overnight after fleeing a traffic stop near downtown Tampa, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
Video tweeted by FHP apparently shows the suspect, identified as Jemart Simmons, driving around construction barriers and getting out of his vehicle.
