The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is asking the public for help on a critical investigation.

The Tampa division of the FBI's Endangered Child Alert Program believes a woman they're referring to as "Jane Doe 39" might have information on a child victim in a sexual exploitation investigation.

FBI investigators found a video of Jane Doe and forwarded it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). They believe the video was created prior to April 2016 and later traded online.

In the video, FBI investigators say the woman was speaking Vietnamese and believed to be between the ages of 25 and 35. The video shows the woman with long black hair wearing a white, yellow, blue, and red floral dress.

At this time, investigators aren't sure if she has local ties and are requesting the public's assistance in finding her.
