TAMPA, Fla. -- Tampa police are investigating a deadly shooting in the 400 block of W Park Avenue.
Police found William F. Alexander, 39, deceased outside of his residence.
The shooting is being investigated as a homicide and does not appear to be random, according to police.
Police believe the shooting occurred at approximately 6:06 a.m. on Wednesday.
