Tampa Martial Arts coach arrested for sexual battery of a child

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Tampa Martial Arts coach for sexual battery on a child. 

According to officials, between March 1, 2015 and September 4, 2016, 33-year-old Nelson Ivan Del Valle-Nazario had sexual contact with a female victim on multiple occasions. The victim was between the ages of 12 and 13 at the time of the offenses.

Del Valle-Nazario, owner of Undisputed Fitness & Martial Arts gym located at 1412 W. Waters Ave, was the victim's mixed martial arts coach. The victim was in his custody at the gym at the time of several of the offenses. Some of the offenses also occurred at his residence. 

During a recorded phone conversation, Del Valle-Nazario admitted to the offense.

He was then arrested at his business without incident and booked into the Hillsborough County Jail. He is being charged with two counts of Lewd or Lascivious Battery and Driving While License Suspended.
