TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa Police are asking the public if they recognize a man caught on video stealing from a front porch.
The man is seen on a cruiser-style bike riding up to the home on E Frances Ave. He walks up to the porch, peeks in the widows and spends several minutes picking up items. He then stores them in a soft-sided cooler — which he also found on the porch.
He was last seen wearing a dark shirt with a pattern of light colored squares and rectangles, dark shorts, white socks, dark shoes and a thick chain necklace. He's estimated to be between 40 and 55 years old.
Police say the same man may also be responsible for a nearby porch theft. Neighbors said they have seen the man in the neighborhood before.
