Deputies, with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, are searching for the driver of a blue truck who got into an argument with a motorcyclist.

The argument happened around 3:15 p.m. in a parking lot near 30th Street and College Avenue in Ruskin.

About 10 minutes later and less than 2 miles away the motorcyclist crashed and died. His family identified him as 21-year-old Zachary Marcano.

"Anybody that met him loved him. He was just a good guy," Alyssa Marcano, his sister, said.

Marcano had 9 siblings. His family and friends gathered at the location where he crashed. It happened at 19th Ave NE and 30th Street NE.

His family believes the crash was not an accident.

"What happened was someone got angry with him and hit him on purpose. It was not an accident," his sister, Tia Duncan, said.

Deputies are looking for the unidentified driver of the blue, Ford Ranger because they would like to speak with him.

"It's not right to end someone's life over being angry," Duncan said.

According to Zachary Marcano's siblings, he wanted to join the military.

"He considered everyone family. He had a lot of friends (and) a lot of people who cared about him," Cassandra Marcano, his sister, said.

"He loved music. He loved to rap. He wanted to get his name out there. He was really good at it too. He was really good at it," Sammie Marcano, his sister, said.
