If you use Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to get around town, take note of a closure that begins on Tuesday, April 26.
Crews from the City of Tampa's Wastewater Department will be cleaning the wastewater collection system pipes along east MLK between North 21st Street and North 30th Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The westbound lanes of MLK will close intermittently while the work is being completed.
The remaining lanes will not be impacted.
Drivers should follow signs and arrow boards to direct them around the work area and closed lanes.
The work should be done by Friday, April 29 at 3 p.m.
