St. Petersburg police have confirmed the death of a woman in a motorized wheelchair after a crash involving a vehicle.
A vehicle struck the woman, 43, near the intersection of 26th Ave. South and 31st St. She died at the scene.
The investigation was still underway as of Tuesday night.
