Police looking for man caught on surveillance robbing Walgreens at gunpoint

St. Petersburg Police Department is looking for the man caught on surveillance video robbing a Walgreens at gunpoint.

The incident happened on March 24 around 4:10 a.m. at the Walgreens located at 3077 54th Avenue S.

They have identified the man as Patrick Demetrious Cummings, 44. Police say he approached the clerk at the register, showed a black handgun, and demanded all the cash from the register. He then left the store after getting the cash.

Police also say they have probable cause for Cummings' arrest for armed robbery with a deadly weapon. He is described as 5'8" weighing 150 lbs., and has a short afro and beard.
