ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- ABC Action News is bringing you a momma dog for this week's Pet of the Week segment.

Juno is a 3-year-old Labrador Retriever mix who needs a loving home. A few months ago she gave birth to a litter of puppies. All her pups have found homes and now it is her turn.

According to the American Kennel Club, Labrador Retrievers are America’s most popular dog breed. They are medium-to-large dogs who bond well with the whole family. Labs need a good amount of exercise and enjoy swimming or games of fetch.

Juno is a sweet, laid back girl who would make a great addition to any home. Shelter workers say she enjoys afternoon walks and hopes they would help her lose her "puppy weight."

Juno is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and dewormed. Her adoption fees is $200.
