Tropical Storm Colin's wet weather has caused road and park closures across Tampa Bay.
In Pinellas County, the following parks are still closed due to inclement weather:
Lake Seminole Park
Weedon Island Preserve
Sawgrass Lake Park
Fort DeSoto Park
