Sarasota Police is looking for one suspect who is still wanted after Sarasota Police Department Narcotics Unit and the Street Crimes Unit performed a warrant roundup in June resulting in the arrests of 15 convicted felons.
Police are still searching for Khalid Polk, 25, wanted for illegal sale of Fentanyl.
Officers conducting the warrant roundup focused on suspects living throughout Sarasota with a focus on illegal sale of controlled substances.
The individuals arrested face 18 charges. Combined, they have 269 prior felony charges and 317 prior misdemeanor charges.
"We're working hard to keep the City of Sarasota a safe place to live, work and play," said Captain Corinne Stannish, Sarasota Police Criminal Investigations Division. "We will continue our efforts to end drug dealing in the City of Sarasota. We're not going to give up," Captain Stannish said.
