SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. — A 60-year-old man was arrested for sexual performance by a child 13 years after being arrested for use of a child in sexual performance.
Edward Peteja was found with 10 video/image files depicting child pornography. They were found in his master bedroom wardrobe on a DVD.
Two of the children depicted have been previously identified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as known child victims.
All children involved in the videos were less than ten years old.
He is charged with ten counts of sexual performance by a child and being held on no bond.
