SARASOTA, Fla. — Police in Sarasota need the public's help in identifying a burglary suspect who broke into a home on Meadow Lark Drive in Sarasota on March 9, 2019 at approximately 9:45 p.m. while the homeowners were out to dinner.
The victims told police when they returned to their home, they noticed someone had been inside of their house.

Home video cameras show the suspect, approximately 6'0" tall, medium build, wearing a tracksuit, ski mask and gloves, walking around the property before climbing onto a second-floor balcony and gaining access through a bedroom. The suspect reportedly stole a large amount of jewelry. The jewelry stolen is valued at more than $25,000.
