North Port Police find skimming devices at two gas stations

The North Port Police Department and the Florida Department of Agriculture worked together to check gas station pumps for skimming devices on Monday, July 11. 

During their search, police found two pumps with skimming devices along Toledo Blade Blvd. One device was found at the Mobile station near Plantation Blvd. (1060 Plantation Blvd., North Port). The second device was found at the Circle-K at Bobcat Trail (1050 Bobcat Trail, North Port). 

Police say if you know you have used your credit or debit card at these locations recently, to check your banking statements. If there are any discrepancies, be sure to notify your card company immediately or call the New Port Police Department.
